Recently, one of my good friends found this little video on YouTube. Try it out, though it's a short song... it may be hard than you think. Once you start going though it seems to go really quickly. What can this teach us? Well, it shows us that working out to out favourite music, especially if i has a good beat, is motivating. We want to push on, and we stop thinking so much about what we are really doing, and we focus on the music. Everyone has one or two songs that can push us through just about anything. And before you run out the door to the gym, maybe you might want to make a kick-ass, motivating playlist!

Thank you for such a fantastic blog on Workers & Supporters Drop Demand Letter at LA Capital Grille Restaurant Citing Issues of Discrimination & Wage Theft. Where else could anyone get that kind of info written in such a perfect way? I have a presentation that I am presently working on, and I have been on the look out for such information.
